Plesk Control Panel Issue

“All of a sudden this server‘s control panel license got expired, its a permanent license and we are not sure how it get expired. Please fix this issue ASAP”

Possible Solution

“The problem occurred because of the 5224 port is filtered on the server:

Unable to update key. An error occured while processing your key. You can try to update it later. The key cannot be upgraded due to the network failure during connection with the Key Authority server. Please check that your internet connection is configured, you can resolve and access ka.swsoft.com and your firewall enables outgoing connections to TCP port 5224.

It is required for communication with our licensing server

Currently I installed the license manually. Please, open the port to avoid such kind of troubles in future. For more information: http://kb.parallels.com/en/462

If an error code is returned when issuing a backup request, the most likely cause is insufficient memory or disk space. You should check that there is enough memory allocated for the backup.

If you have set BackupDataBufferSize and BackupLogBufferSize and their sum is greater than 4MB, then you must also set BackupMemory as well. See BackupMemory. You should also make sure that there is sufficient space on the hard drive partition of the backup target
